SELVA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi,Government Adocate (Criminal Side) for Respondents 1 & 2 and ,upon reading the order dated 30/09/2024,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the Additional District and Sessions Court No.II (PCR) Tirunelveli as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16485 of 2024. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
