This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2023, lodged before him within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R No.1008 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the counter party also appeared. Now the enquiry is kept pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), let the above said enquiry be completed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
