Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. There is no dispute that the petitioner is the owner of the land in question. It has been classified as institution area. He wants to converted into the non-residential use site. He has given an application to the respondent. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the said representation.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not furnished the relevant and necessary documents. The petitioner is called upon to produce the same. The respondent shall thereafter enquire into the matter, hear the petitioner and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
