This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file final Report in FIR No.19 of 2023, dated 29.07.2023, on the file of the Cyber Crime Police Station (CCD-III), Trichy District before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is not yet completed and further period of 6 months time is required for completing the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
