ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.11.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.26411 of 2022. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submits that encroachment has been removed and the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 02.03.2026 to that effect.

3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
