This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025. 1/3

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have not harassed the petitioner in any manner and had called him only for enquiry in connection with the case, which is charged in S.T.C.No.9593 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Trichy.

3. In view of the same, no direction can be issued by this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
