ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks restoration of the petition mentioned electricity service connection.

3. The learned standing counsel for TANGEDCO points out that the petition mentioned premises are under lock and seal and that is why, connection was cut off.

4. The petitioner's counsel states that they have been permitted to temporarily open the premises for carrying out such maintenance works.

5. The respondent is directed to give temporary connection to the petitioner only for the purpose of carrying out maintenance works. I make it clear that such temporary connection will be given by the respondent after the upon the petitioner producing the copy of the order whereby he has been permitted to carry out the maintenance works. The moment building is once again locked and sealed, electricity supply will be cut off. The respondent will restore the electricity supply in full only after the petitioner is allowed to use the premises regularly.
