(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) In the present writ petition, the challenge is to an enquiry notice issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Social Justice and Human Rights cum SC/ ST Vigilance Cell in relation to the Community Certificate held by the petitioner.

2. Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 and R2, today circulates a copy of the proceedings dated 24.10.2025 to the effect that the Community Certificate of the petitioner belonging to the Kattunayakan Schedule Tribe community is genuine.

3. The petitioner being satisfied with the same, does not pursue this writ petition.
