ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks enforcement of the order passed by the second respondent. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the leraned Counsel for the private respondent pointed out that questioning the order passed by the second respondent, the fifth respondent has filed an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul in Appeal No.1310 of 2018. Even though the District Revenue Officer is not a party before this Court, I direct the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul to dispose of the said appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to intimate the District Revenue Officer about the passing of the order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The rights of 2/4

the parties will abide by the outcome of the order to be passed by the District Revenue Officer. This writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
