ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 11.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5424 of 2024 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that they have filed the final report before the trial Court, however, it was not accepted by the trial Court that the accused has not been secured. According to him, the accused has now been secured and along with the accused, the final report is likely to be filed today.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that they are going to file the final report along with the accused today, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the 2/4
