the sentence imposed against the petitioners in S.C No. 104 of 2015 dt. 12.07.2022 passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Tenkasi and enlarge me on bail pending disposal of the above appeal. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 16481/ 2023 :

To suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner by the Judgment dt. 12.07.2022 in S.C No. 104 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Tenkasi and grant bail to the petitioner till the disposal of the Crl A. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 16482/ 2023 :
