2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilaiyankudi, and it was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.58 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the the above said Final Report.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

dismissed as infructuous.
