O R D E R
After challenging an order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 12.06.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal against the said order was also filed in June 2025 before the District Revenue Officer. Consequently, learned counsel submits that a direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the said appeal.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that such appeal would be considered on merits within twelve weeks.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer to dispose of 2/4
the petitioner's appeal dated 30.06.2025 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the parties thereof.
