ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioner and her son namely rahul herein and also consider the representation dated 03.11.2023 made by the petitioner.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent called the petitioner for enquiry without any complaint against the petitioner's son namely Rahul and also unnecessarily harassed the petitioner and his family members. Thereafter, the second respondent said to have trespassed into the petitioner's house and taken the bike bearing Registration No.72 BJ 5721. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the vehicle belongs to the petitioner was found abandoned near Ambasamuthiram Railway Station. That was taken to the second respondent Police Station. Later, it was remanded to custody before the 2/4
learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ambasamuthiram. Thereafter, the case was registered under Section 102 of Cr.P.C in LIR No.119 of 2023. 4.Let the petitioner approach the concerned Court and get property returned to her by producing documents. Hence, there is no question of harassment.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
