Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st to 4th respondents to cancel the deeds in document No.939 of 2018 and document No. 2249 of 2019 in respect of the property in survey No.69/4 with an extant of 1 acre 65 cents out of 1 acre 77 cents situated at Josiyar Alankulam village, Karadikal groups, Thirumangalam taluk, Madurai district based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned document that were executed in the year 2019.

3. The IG of Registration had issued the following circulars:- (I) Letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 31.07.2018 (II) Letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 21.12.2020

4. The third respondent will apply the aforesaid circulars and conduct enquiry and pass order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. I make it clear that before passing final order, all the interested parties shall be put on notice. In other words, the third respondent must scrupulously adhere to due process of law and the principles of natural justice. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
