This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate order towards deleting the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintained as H.S.No.219 of 2008 in the third respondent station as expeditiously as possible within the time frame to be fixed as per the order in W.P.(MD).No.1981 of 2020 dated 02.03.2022. 2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December, 2023.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
