ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon

hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.G.Gomathishankar, Advocate for the 2nd, 3rd, 6th to 10th Respondents and none appeared either in person or through advocate for 4th and 5th Respondents, this Court made the following order:

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the above second appeal, which was dismissed as abated on 06.11.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

3. Post the Second Appeal on 07.08.2025.
