ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.107 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Madurai City, Madurai, and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in the absence of interim order, the Law Enforcing Agency proceeded with investigation and after completing the investigation, the first respondent filed a charge sheet on 12.10.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same was taken on file in C.C.No.69 of 2017. 3.Recording the abovesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
