JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Challenging is made to the order of the writ Court dated 12.08.2024 in WP(MD) No.14366/2016.

When there is a serious dispute with regard to the title over the property, the appropriate forum to resolve such a dispute would be the civil Court, which aspect, the learned Single Judge had rightly appreciated and passed an order. Hence, we see no grounds to interfere with the same. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
