This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to issue the Non-Traceable Certificate based on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.580/2022 issued by the respondent Police within a time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deeds Document No.516/1975, which is situated in Survey No.29/13-A, Sinthamani Village, Madurai South Taluk, to an extent of six Cents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. Now, the respondent Police is seeking report from the Crime Records Bureau in this regard.

5. Considering the above, let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and share the information and documents, which are required in this matter to him to complete the process of enquiry. The second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry, ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of two 2/4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
