This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.2 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.135 of 2024.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
