ORDER

The petitioners have sought for a direction to the second respondent not to harass them under the guise of an enquiry by considering their representation dated 12.09.2025.

2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that initially an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the third respondent and an FIR was also registered against the petitioners in Crime No.212 of 2025 for the offences under Section 194(3) of BNSS.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that under the guise of investigation in the above said case, the petitioners, who are Doctors, are called for enquiry frequently.

4.Since the investigation is pending in Crime No.212 of 2025, the second respondent may issue summons to the petitioners and shall not call the petitioners without any summons. On receiving the summons, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for enquiry. 2/4
