ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 284, 328 of IPC and Sections 6(b), 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, in Crime No.191 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was already released on station bail and the concerned report was also placed before this Court.
