O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.] The present review application has been filed, seeking to review the order dated 12.01.2023, made in W.P(MD)No.19939 of 2018, wherein this Court has confirmed the order passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee. 2.A perusal of the order passed by us clearly reveals that this Court had considered all the issues raised by the writ petitioner and has arrived at a finding that the order of the State Level Scrutiny Committee, rejecting the request of the petitioner for grant of Kattunayakan Community Certificate is correct.
3.The present review application has been filed, relying upon the reports of the Village Administrative Officer and the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 21.11.2023. These two reports have been obtained by the petitioner ten months after the pronouncement of the orders of this Court in the writ petition, which is under review.

4.A perusal of the reports clearly reveals that those reports have been obtained by the petitioner without informing the authorities about the previous orders passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee or the order of this Court. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Review Application. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
