2. The petitioners seek inclusion of their names in the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader states that the enquiry is now pending with the third respondent.

4. The third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
