2. The petitioner wants to be furnished with a certified copy of the petition-mentioned order. Since his request was not accepted, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel served soft copy of the order on the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since he may face difficulties in numbering the appeal, he wants the said order to be formally despatched to him or uploaded in the web portal.

4. The learned Standing counsel expressed his apprehension that this entire exercise has been undertaken by the writ petitioner is only to get over the issue of limitation. I make it clear that I have not gone into the said issue. The only direction that 2/4
