ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Non-Minority Aided School seeking a Mandamus as against the second and third respondents to consider their representation for granting prior approval for appointing a Secondary Grade Teacher.

2. The petitioner School has addressed a communication to the second respondent herein on 15.07.2014 and a reminder has been addressed on 17.09.2018 seeking the permission of the second respondent to permit the petitioner School to fill up the Secondary Grade Posts. However, no orders have been passed by the second respondent herein. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, without expressing any opinion on merits, the second respondent herein is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
