ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.115 of 2025 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. It is seen from the petition that the petitioner's son was found dead in a railway track at about 1.45 AM at Virudhunagar District and that the case was registered under Section 194 BNS on 12.05.2025. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent have not conducted the investigation in a proper manner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation was conducted in accordance with law and the final report was also filed referring the case as further action dropped.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action taken by the respondents, it is open to her him to seek appropriate remedy.

5. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
