The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1, 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the respondents 2/4

4 and 5, petition enquiry is being conducted and it would be concluded within a period of one week and that the result of the enquiry would be communicated to both the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
