ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of her building plan application, in light of her representation dated 15.05.2023, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, she submitted a building plan application to the 3rd respondent on 15.03.2023, seeking approval for the construction of commercial shops and rooms. However, despite furnishing all the required documents, no order has been passed to date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 15.03.2023 and pass appropriate final orders on its own merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2/4
