The prayer is for a Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments in Melakadamba Village Road, Ward No.11, Thenthirupperai Town Panchayath, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on the basis of the written instructions dated 29.10.2025 and 30.10.2025, has enclosed a map, sketch and revenue records, which indicate that the encroachments have been found.

3. There is a direction to R3/the Executive Officer, Town Panchayath, Thenthirupperai, to issue notices and clear the encroachments as early as possible, in any event, within a period of two weeks from today.
