2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permanently residing at Thoothukudi along with her mother. Therefore, she finds difficulty to travel to Tiruchendur for every hearing. 3.Considering the fact that the wife is residing at Thoothukudi and the husband is residing at Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
