ORDER

Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent.

2.Notice to the second respondent returnable by 19.02.2025. Private notice is also permitted.

3.The petitioner, who is facing trial in C.C.No.314 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, has filed this petition. 4.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There are four accused persons in this case. A2 and A4 have filed a quash petition Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12688 of 2024 and this Court by an order dated 26.11.2024 has granted an order of interim stay. The grounds raised raised by co-accused A2 to A4 are available to the petitioner also. Hence, sought for similar relief.

5.In view of the above, there shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in C.C.No.314 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila 2/4

Court, Tirunelveli District.

6.List this matter on 19.02.2025.
