ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to change the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2022, which is pending on the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, investigation is pending before the third respondent.

3.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2022 and complete the same, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
