To call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli, made in Spl.C.No.01 of 2019 by judgment dated 18.08.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MUTHU SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.NAMBISELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time in pursuance to the order dated 21.11.2022 made in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14322 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD).No.613 of 2022.

2.On 21.11.2022, this Court considering the health condition of the petitioner granted one month interim bail to him with certain conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.16133 of 2022 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was admitted in Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai and he was undertaken Kidney transplant surgery and he has also affected with Jaundice. On the above said present position, he seeks interim bail for a period of another one month.

4.Considering the petitioner's health condition, this court is inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner further one month (i.e) till 21.01.2023.
