This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15110 of 2013 dated 19.04.2022 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Advocate produced a letter of the Secretary to Government, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (D2) Department, Secretariat, Chennai - 9, dated 20.07.2022 and submits that the order of this Court dated 19.04.2022 has been complied with and the request of the petitioner for grant of subsidy has been rejected that the petitioner is not entitled for the same. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the letter dated 20.07.2022 in the manner known to law.
