PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.162/2022 dated 16.05.2022 from the file of the third respondent to some other agencies by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2022 within the period as stipulated by this Court.
