2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that in this case P.W.1 was examined and he deposed as against the accused persons.

3. In view of the same, this Court finds no ground to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
