WMP(MD) No.22958 of 2022 Engineer/Personnel vide Memo No. 016424/206/G.18/G.181/2020-1, dated 27.02.2020 and quash the same and re-arrange the seniority on the basis of the appeal petition submitted by the petitioner dated 12.05.2020 and place the petitioner above the 4th private respondent who is junior to the petitioner.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MURALIKRISHNAN.
