This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent has proposed to take action under Section 110 Cr.P.C and already submitted a requisition to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam, on 19.12.2022. He would further submit that the summons was not issued till now by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
