This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the appeal against the fair and decreetal order made in H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputtur, dated 30.05.2025.

2. Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondent.

3. There shall be a direction to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to serve papers on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the same for admission. The name of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent will be printed in the cause list at the time of listing the case for admission.
