ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to make necessary corrections in the revenue records and in the encumbrance maintained by the respondents 2 to 4 based upon the petitioner's representations, dated 18.06.2021, 27.06.2023 and 28.08.2023. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 18.06.2021, 27.06.2023 and 28.08.2023 in the light of the order passed by the DRO, dated 10.12.2008 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Based on the letter, the writ petition is disposed of. There is shall no order as to cost.
