This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr. No. 347 of 2024 dated 23.05.2024 pending on the file of the second respondent to the third Respondent or any other competent authority on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2024

2. In view of the fact that investigation has been completed and the case has been committed to the court of Sessions and also inview of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 18828 of 2024 this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
