This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2022 as against 2 to 14 respondents and subsequently pass an order to conduct enquiry as per law as against their illegal activities.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation 2/4

made by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.24 of 2023 dated 22.01.2023. During the course of enquiry both sides appeared, enquiry conducted and closed on 30.04.2023, since the parties agreed to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.In view of the above said submissions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The matter has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
