ORDER

This petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12305 of 2023, dated 07.07.2023. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. When the matter came up for hearing on 14.11.2024, this Court passed the following order:

"The affidavit is completely bereft of details. On reading of the affidavit, this Court is not able to find if there is any violation of the order passed by this Court.

2. When the above was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for some time to file a better affidavit in this case.

3. Post this case on 28.11.2024 at 02.15 p.m."

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the Police did not intend to interfere with the civil dispute and that they were present in the property at the relevant point of time, since it involved two community people and they did not want any untoward incident to take place. 2/4

5.
