ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, particularly against the second respondent to correct the mistakes, with respect to the attachment by the Government, relating to properties bearing in Survey Nos. 1624/2, 1624/3A2, 1624/3C, 1625/2B, 1625/3B, 1626/4, 1626/5, 1627/8A, 1627/8C, 1627/4C1, 1627/4C2, 1627/5A, 1627/5B, 1633/1, 1633/5A at Palavoor Part-II Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The petitioner had given a representation on 06.12.2022. 2.A perusal of the records shows that entries had been mentioned in the properties belonging to the petitioner, as if, they were attached to the 2/5

Government, consequent to a Court order. The Document No.4 of 2005 relates to properties in S.Nos.746/6A, 744/6B and does not relate to the land of the petitioner herein.

3.Therefore, the petitioner has to give a fresh representation on or before 24.03.2023 to the second respondent and also produce the copy of Doc.No.4 of 2005 and also the documents relating to title of the aforementioned land in Survey Nos. 1624/2, 1624/3A2, 1624/3C, 1625/2B, 1625/3B, 1626/4, 1626/5, 1627/8A, 1627/8C, 1627/4C1, 1627/4C2, 1627/5A, 1627/5B, 1633/1, 1633/5A at Palavoor Part-II Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent may take necessary correctional steps on or before 27.04.2023, after issuing notice to the petitioner and giving an opportunity to be heard and make such as is deemed correct, after coming to subjective satisfaction. 3/5

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
