ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and for the enjoyment of his properties from the intervention of the respondent No.4, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2022 within the time as stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there existed pathway dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the petitioner was constrained to file a suit in O.S.No.27 of 2017 and after trial, the same was decreed on 30.08.2022. 2/5
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 19.12.2022 is pending.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
