CRL OP(MD). No.22916 of 2022 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after granting bail, the first respondent attempted to prevent the petitioner from entering his godown. Though a specific allegation was made by the petitioner, no complaint was lodged for the said occurrence.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent would submit that the investigation is under progress.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
