ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent to file the final report in respect of Crime No.333/2020 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by him, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.333 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act against the accused persons. But, so far no progress has been made in this case.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No. 638 of 2023. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
