O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) We had passed orders on 06.10.2025, wherein, we had noted that the detenue had married one R.Abinesh in a temple and we had also impleaded the said R.Abinesh as fourth respondent in the Habeas Corpus Petition. In the previous hearing, dated 06.10.2025 both the detenu and the fourth respondent were present. We had insisted the fourth respondent to make a fixed deposit of Rs.30,000/-, in any one of the Nationalised Bank, in the name of the detenue, which would be the fees payable to the college in the next academic year for continuing the studies of the detenu. It has been noted that she is studying in final year BE (EEE) at Kings College of Engineering, Punalkulam, Pudukkottai District.

2. Today, the fourth respondent is present and produced the mini bank statement showing the balance of Rs.30,164/- in the account of the detenu. To that extend, bonafide has been expressed by the fourth respondent. Even on the hearing date 06.10.2025, we had permitted the detenu to go with the fourth respondent. No further directions are required. For clarity, we would extract the order dated 06.102.2025. "The petitioner is the mother of the detenue, who has been missing on and from 30.07.2025, in respect of which, a complaint had been lodged in F.I.R. in Crime No.247 of 2025, which had been registered under the caption 'woman missing'. The detenue is now aged 21 years. She had been produced before this Court. She is studying in final year BE (EEE) at Kings College of Engineering, Punalkulam, Pudukkottai District.
2. We enquired the detenue and she stated that she entered into a relationship with one R.Abinesh with whom, she entered into a marriage at the temple. She also stated that she is now in the family way. We suo motu implead the said R.Abinesh, S/o.Rajkumar, residing at Annanagar, Nagallur, Ombathuveli Post, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, as 4th respondent.
3. It is further contended that it would not be 3/6
possible for her to continue with her study in this academic year, but she would continue with her study in the next academic year. The petitioner is also present and she stated that she is not willing to take the detenue with her, since she has now married. The 4th respondent is also present. We would direct him to make a fixed deposit for Rs.30,000/-, in any one of the Nationalised bank, in the name of the detenue, which would be the fees payable to the college in the next academic year for continuing the studies of the detenue. The fixed deposit to be for a period of nine months. We would not insist on the presence of the detenue in the next hearing. The detenue is permitted to go with the 4th respondent.
4. Call the matter again on 27.10.2025 for the presence of the 4th respondent to produce the fixed deposit receipt in the name of the detenue/Shanmugapriya, for a sum of Rs.30,000/-."
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
